Jeri Ann Cook – Founder, Director of Bookkeeping Solutions

Jeri Ann completed her MBA at Tulane University in 1996.  She has held leadership roles in charitable community-service organizations including International Women’s Club chapter of Sofia, Bulgaria and Woodcraft Folk in London, England, where she came to appreciate the need for well-kept books to enable smooth operations of an organization.

Jeri Ann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers USA, and the American Pet Professionals.

 

Jason L Cook, EA, CFA & FRM – Founder, Director of Tax Solutions

Jason completed his MBA in Finance and MA in Latin American Studies in 1996 at Tulane University before embarking on his 20+ year career in emerging markets investing. He holds the Enrolled Agent, Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager professional credentials.

Jason leads our tax services practice, including compliance, advisory and representation before the IRS for tax problems. Additionally, he lends his expertise to any analytical assignments the firm undertakes for our clients.

Memberships include the National Association of Tax Professionals, American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, The CFA Institute, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

In his spare time, Jason studies and teaches medieval combat arts.
